Welcome to the Cocquina Cluster HOA

Did you know? The name "Cocquina" comes from coquina, a type of sedimentary rock formed from compressed seashells and coral fragments. This unique and natural material reflects the foundation and strength of our community.

Nestled in the heart of Reston, Virginia, the Cocquina Cluster is a vibrant and welcoming community that offers a unique blend of suburban tranquility and modern convenience. Our neighborhood is part of the Reston Association, which ensures a high standard of living through its stewardship of our shared resources and amenities.

Our HOA Mission

The Cocquina Cluster Homeowners Association (HOA) is dedicated to fostering a sense of community, maintaining our shared spaces, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. We work together to uphold community standards, address shared concerns, and ensure that Cocquina Cluster remains a wonderful place to call home.
